    A Mater's Student won Kwanjeong Domestic Student Scholarship (2020)

    Cheonsol Lee, a Master's Student in our lab, has been awarded Kwanjeong Domestic Student Schorlarship 2020 and this is the second to award Kwanjeong Scholarship. Cheonsol will be receiving $10,000 dollars per year for 2 years for his master study. Kwanjeong Educational Foundation (KEF) is the largest educational foundation in Korea, founded on June 23, 2000 by Chonghwan Lee, Honary President of Samyoung Chemical Group.


    KIRC signs MOU with Seo-gu

    On Dec 3, 2019, our lab signed a memorandum of understanding with Seo-gu Daejeon District Office to cooperate in a big data project to improve public parking services in Seo-gu. Seo-gu will provide data concerning with public parking which our lab is responsible for analyzing to detect current limitations, and come up with better models that will help solve the parking issues.


    Patents transferred to Hankook Livestock Data Company

    On June 27, 2019, our lab and Hankook Livestock Data Company had a technology transfer signing ceremony at KAIST. Hankook Livestock Data Company, which specializes in applying IT and Bio technologies to livestock farming, purchased an exclusive right to use the technologies contained in our lab's three patents, all concerned about improving professional document retrieval.


    A Mater's Student won Kwanjeong Overseas Scholarship (2019)

    Yoonjeong Cha, a Mater's Student in our lab, has been awarded Kwanjeong Overseas Scholarship 2019. Yoonjeong will be receiving $30,000 dollars per year for 4 years for her doctoral study abroad. Kwanjeong Educational Foundation(KEF) is the largest educational foundation in Korea, founded on June 23, 2000 by Chonghwan Lee, Honorary President of Samyoung Chemical Group.
